The temperature dependence of the absorber based on the titanium nitride and titanium dioxide layer is investigated by finite difference time domain simulation. It is shown the absorption is larger than 0.98 from 550mn to 715nm. The intensity of absorption will reduce and the peak will be blue-sit when the temperature is increased from 18 degrees C to 325 degrees C.
