熊文驰上海外国语大学国际关系与公共事务学院副研究员，硕士生导师；1997年－2007年就读于复旦大学，获法学博士学位；曾先后访学于美国得克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校（2009年）、德国慕尼黑大学（2014年）与美国波士顿学院（2017年）。
