汪宁，上海外国语大学国际关系与公共事务学院研究员，国际关系专业博士研究生导师。
1972年3月进入上海外国语学院俄语系，俄罗斯语言文学专业；1975年7月毕业留校，俄语系担任助教；1986年9月——1989年7月，在上海外国语学院俄语系苏联研究所攻读苏联社会学专业硕士学位；1999年9月——2002年7月，在华东师范大学国际问题研究所攻读国际共产主义运动与科学社会主义专业博士研究生，获法学博士学位。

RESUME
WANG NING is Professor of international affairs at theSchool ofInternational Relations and Public Affairs, Shanghai International Studies University(SISU). He respectively received his Master of Soviet sociology from the Institute of Soviet studys at Shanghai Foreign Language Institute (SFLI) and Ph.D in international relations from East China Normal University in 1989 and 2002. From 1996 to 1997, he conducted research as Freeman visiting scholar at the Moscow State University (MGU). From June to September in 2002, he visited MGU again as a professor of international affairs.
Professor WANG NING specialized in Russian study . Among his published books are Analysis of Russian privatization (author, 2001); The Putin’s Russian New thought (author, 2005); Studies About international strategies on cultures(coauthor 2002); The finding of orders, safety and development ?C the challenges and the answers of Russia at transformation period (coauthor,2002) The Russian’s new rise (coeditor, 2006), and The 7 and 37 word miracles (interpreted from Russian, 2002).
He published decades of articles about international relations.
