个人简介：

湖北恩施人，哲学博士（1999，吉林大学）。现任复旦大学哲学学院教授，教育部人文社科重点研究基地复旦大学当代国外马克思主义研究中心研究员、副主任。
学术及社会兼职：中国马克思主义哲学史学会常务理事，全国经济哲学研究会副会长，中国社会认识论专业委员会副会长，上海市政协委员。

学术研究：

研究领域：哲学基础理论、马克思主义哲学、马克思主义理论史、国外马克思主义研究、现代性与社会理论。
主要著作：《生存论研究》（2005）《转化之路——生存论续探》（2012）《虚无主义研究》（2016）《激进政治的兴起——马克思<德法年鉴>时期政治与法哲学批判手稿的当代解读》（2011）《从启蒙到唯物史观》（2016）《三十年社会与文化思潮》（2008）等。
在《中国社会科学》《哲学研究》《新华文摘》《学术月刊》《复旦学报》等刊物发表或转载重要学术论文或文章200余篇。
另编有《思想史视域的马克思主义哲学研究丛书》、《国外马克思主义研究报告》（2007、2008、2009，执行主编）《全球化时代的现代性问题》《民族精神的理论研究》、Rethinking Marx，Washington，D.C，2007，Reflections on Enlightenment from Multiple Perspectives,Washington，D.C，2019.
