研究方向
RNA m6A修饰在癌症发生、造血干细胞分化、早期胚胎发育中的功能;开发新的RNA修饰的二代测序新方法;开发不依赖于近端连接的检测DNA-DNA,DNA-RNA,RNA-RNA相互作用的新技术;开发超小量细胞的Chip-seq, Rip-seq的新技术;运用晶体学以及冷冻电镜研究RNA表观遗传学领域重要大分子复合物的结构。
