个人简介:
金郁:博士,副教授。辽宁省沈阳人。2008年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分析化学专业。本人主要从事复杂样品的分离分析工作。根据复杂样品分离纯化中的难点问题,开展新型色谱固定相基本性能和潜在应用的系统评价工作。以中药系统分离与化学表征方法学研究为课题,重点开展了中药系统分离的研究工作,发展了互补分离和目标制备方法,建立了新型的线性放大技术和样品浓缩技术。建立了中药标准组分的标准化表征方法,解决化学表征过程中数据的可比性和通用性问题。发展了中药类化合物的质谱目标筛选方法。近两年,本人的研究重点放在复杂样品中强极性化合物和微量化合物的分离表征工作,将利用以前的工作基础,发展亲水色谱,选择性富集和正交分离这三个关键技术,并且形成以分离对象为中心的技术集成,以解决强极性化合物和微量化合物分离纯化的难题。本人已承担和参加了多个科研项目的研究工作,国家自然科学基金青年基金“寡糖的高效分离纯化研究”,“重大新药创制”科技重大专项“十一五”计划项目“络病理论指导药物开发集成创新技术平台建设”(2009ZX09313-003)。目前已在国外期刊上发表论文29篇,作为第一作者或者通讯作者14篇,影响因子大于3.0的15篇;国内期刊上发表论文10篇;发表国际会议论文3篇;参加著作编写2项;申请专利3项。
