叶邦策

博士,教授,博士生导师,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室副主任,微分析和生物系统工程研究室主任。研究方向为生物分析及生物传感、分析生物技术及生物系统工程。主要开展基于微纳技术和微阵列技术的分析新方法及理论研究。发展了多种生物纳米探针设计及信号放大新原理,如纳米粒子增强荧光偏振分析,酶催化靶标循环信号扩增,纳米粒子界面组装及传感设计等,为高灵敏分析方法的研究提供了新的思路;建立了基于功能核酸的分子探针及微阵列设计新策略,拓展了基因分析的研究及应用方向,为各种不同的非核酸靶分子的生物分析提供了新技术;开展界面分子杂交研究,建立了多种基因芯片核心平台及单核苷酸多态性基因分型新方法;提出了一种介观流控微球芯片新概念,并自行设计研制了相关仪器和系列高通量检测试剂盒,如地中海贫血遗传病诊断芯片试剂盒获得国内首张基因芯片一类新药证书,已在广西、海南、广东等地推广使用,并列入国家计生委生殖生育新技术产品计划。这些研究促进了生物分析新方法在生物研究、临床诊断、环境检测及食品安全中广泛应用。近年来在AngewChemIntEd,JAmChemSoc,AnalChem,ChemComm,ProcNatlAcadSciUSA,ChemEurJ,Biosens&Bioelectron等期刊发表论文50多篇。获2006年上海市教委“曙光学者”,入选2007年国家教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2011年上海市优秀学科带头人,浙江省“新世纪151人才工程(2001-2010年)”培养人才,上海市科学技术委员会聘请为“2010-2011年度上海科技发展重点领域技术预见专家”,2007年获“明治乳业生命科学奖”,上海市2008年技术发明二等奖,2006年获浙江省科技进步三等奖。中国生物医药协会生物芯片委员会委员,美国化学会会员。先后承担了国家“863”项目、留学回国人员基金、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委重点等十多项项目。申请发明专利19项,其中授权中国专利5项,申请美国专利1项,PCT专利1项。

(A)生物分析及生物传感
基于微阵列方法新型高通量分析技术平台及仪器开发;纳米生物分析技术及生物传感系统设计;特别是功能核酸/功能多肽分子探针研究,生物分子和纳米粒子界面基础研究及多功能自组装器件设计,细胞内活性小分子原位分析新方法研究等。
(B)分析生物技术及生物系统工程
基于基因组、转录组、蛋白组等组学分析方法和细胞内活性分子原位检测技术,开展微生物系统工程研究,解析相关基因/蛋白的功能及调控机制,研究对象主要有红霉糖多孢菌(S.erythraea)和枯草杆菌(B.subtilis)。
