个人简介
博士,物电学院电子科学系副研究员,博士/硕士生导师。研究领域:主要是借助分子束外延(MBE)技术实现II-VI和IV-VI族碲化物半导体单晶薄膜与异质结的MBE外延生长,并开发在光电探测器的应用。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院知识创新项目与博士后基金等多项课题。参与了国家重大科学研究计划及国家自然科学基金等多项课题研究。已在Small, APL, OL, ACS ANM, PRB等国际著名学术期刊上发表SCI检索论文70余篇。申请专利5项,授权4项。研究成果已被NPG Asia Mater., Small Method, PRB, APL, Chem. Mater.及JAP等国际著名期刊引用1050余次,个人H因子为20。


社会兼职
担任NPG Asia Mater., Sci. Rep.,Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys.等学术期刊的审稿人。获得Materials Research Bulletin杂志2015年"Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing"奖。
