个人简介
华东师范大学研究员,博士生导师。
2007年3月于中科院上海技术物理研究所红外物理国家重点实验室获博士学位,期间进行窄禁带半导体材料缺陷的光谱研究,毕业后(包括在德Max-Born研究所期间)也一直从事相关研究。
已发表SCI论文近60篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文30篇,包括Laser Photonics Rev.(其中1篇被选为背封面)、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.、Adv. Opt. Mater.、Phys. Rev. B(含1篇快讯)、Appl. Phys. Lett.等,论文累计被引近千次(Google-scholar);合作申请国家发明专利5项(其中已授权4项);作为参与人获上海市技术发明奖二等奖1项。
