她于2017年获得荷兰蒂尔堡大学经济学博士，美国加州伯克利大学访问****，曾任教于香港岭南大学。担任多本国际期刊的匿名审稿人，包括 Journal of Labor Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Labour Economics,Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, Economics of Education Review, China Economic Review, Journal of Labor Research, European Journal of Population, Journal of Business Ethics等。Google scholar学术引用指数为4。
