研究方向


主要针对罕见恶性肿瘤,通过基础研究中反应方法学发展高效合成技术,构建特色共价键抑制剂化合物库,结合药物化学及化学生物学等手段开展靶向小分子药物发现的应用研究,主要包括三个方面:

研究方向一:针对含亲电共价键弹头单元的立体多样性化合物库构建的反应方法学研究,属有机合成化学

研究方向二:基于上述共价键抑制剂库针对罕见肿瘤和抗病毒药物的表型药物筛选发现研究,属药物化学

研究方向三:基于上述发现的原创性抗罕见肿瘤新活性化合物的药物探针靶点发现与确证研究,属化学生物学
