科学研究
研究概况
主要研究领域为基于神经影像的连接脑图谱、神经调控治疗与动物转化疾病的脑机制。主要学术贡献:建立了构建人脑连接图谱的计算理论框架;系统地研究了多模态连接模式构建连接脑图谱的关系;以及通过构建猕猴、发育连接图谱探讨连接图谱的进化、发育模式。此外通过连接图谱的构建定义了经典语言区Wernicke区明确的解剖位置。基于影像组学研究抑郁症电休克(ECT)以及猕猴转化动物模型的脑机制。目前在在Cell, Journal of neuroscience, Cerebral Cortex, NeuroImage, Human Brain Mapping等本专业领域高水平期刊上共发表论文SCI论文60多篇, 其中一作/通讯作者论文40余篇,ESI高被引论文3篇,Google scholar引用2100多次;申请发明专利2项。研究获得“中国图形图象学会自然科学二等奖”以及“中国人工智能学会2020年度优秀科技成果奖”。
担任Frontiers in Neuroscience (JCR二区), Frontiers in Human Neuroscience (JCR二区)杂志副主编。受邀在在2019年举办的“第四届国际神经语言学大会”受邀做主题报告(keynote speaker,45 min)。担任Science Advance, Molecular Psychiatry, Cerebral Cortex, NeuroImage, Human Brain Mapping, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging 等20多个期刊审稿人 ;
