个人简介: 伍荣翔,男,博士,中共党员。 2006年本科毕业于清华大学,获数理基础科学学士学位。2011年博士毕业于香港科技大学,获电子及计算机工程学博士学位。博士毕业后以research associate身份短暂任职于香港科技大学电子及计算机工程学系。2011年底加入电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院任讲师,2014年晋升为副教授。2018年转任电子科技大学电子科学与工程学院副教授。发表IEEE学术期刊和学术会议论文30余篇。申请美国/日本/中国发明专利30余项(授权10余项)。承担科研项目十余项。获评四川省特聘专家。研究方向(1)半导体无源器件与集成(微电子器件与工艺)(2)基于集成无源器件的全集成电源管理技术(模拟集成电路)(3)基于集成无源器件的全集成隔离技术(模拟集成电路)
