个人简介: 教授(博导),IEEE高级会员,现就职电子科技大学,担任校集成电路研究中心执行主任,长期从事射频、微波、毫米波、太赫兹集成电路相关领域的前沿研究与产业应用。
本科、硕士(直博)、博士毕业于电子科技大学;曾任华为技术有限公司项目经理、系统工程师;曾任荷兰代尔夫特理工大学助理教授(终身轨);本人及所带领团队(大数据电子与先进微系统实验室)获30余项IEEE重要奖项,含IEEE MTT-Society Graduate Fellowship Award(3人次,含中国首位)、IEEE SSC-Society Predoctoral Achievement Award、IEEE MTT-Society Pregraduate/Undergraduate Scholarship Award(4人次)、IEEE RFIC、IMS等高水平国际会议最佳论文奖/设计竞赛奖20余项、中国电子学会集成电路奖学金(特等奖)等;本人曾获中国侨界贡献奖(创新成果)等。
发表高水平论文100余篇,含IEEE期刊JSSC、TMTT、TCAS-I、MWCL等,国际会议IEEE ISSCC、RFIC、IMS、CICC等;授权专利39项(含欧美专利20项),其中33项专利技术转产国际工业界消费电子领域,含智能手机、汽车电子、基站网络等,产值过亿。
研究方向:大数据电子与人工智能微系统、数字化射频/微波/毫米波集成电路、片上太赫兹通信、可重构无源电路与系统、智慧型传感网络、生物微电子、多维度集成封装等。
IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letter责任主编(亚洲首位);IET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation副主编;IEEE MTT学会MTT-4(微波无源电路与传输线结构学部)、MTT-5(滤波器学部)、MTT-23(无线通信学部)技术发展委员会委员。兼任IEEE JSSC、TMTT、MWCL、SSCL、TCAS-I、EDL等20多个SCI期刊审稿人;IEEE RFIC、IMS等国际顶级会议技术委员会委员;IEEE IWS、RFIT等国际会议技术委员会共同主席等。
