个人简介: 金立川,男,电子科技大学副教授,美国国际电子电器工程师协会(IEEE)会员。在巨磁电阻器件与传感芯片、高质量微波单晶材料生长、半导体光电薄膜器件等方面开展了许多创新性研究,取得了一系列重要科研成果:制备高质量纳米级微波单晶薄膜;在绝缘体基自旋器件输运和动力学理论和实验方面做出了全新的发现,特别是提拉法生长大尺寸钆镓石榴石单晶技术达到国际先进水平并受到国际同行的认可。在Scientific Reports, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Physical Chemistry C, Journal of Applied Physics, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics 等SCI期刊上发表文章30余篇,长期担任Applied Physics Letters,Journal of Applied Physics, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics等期刊审稿人。参研国家自然基金创新群体、国家重大934工程和国防预研项目各一项,现主研国家重点研发计划“量子信息与量子调控”专项一项,参研国家自然基金项目四项,2011年获电子科技大学“优博培育计划”资助,2015年四川省科技进步一等奖。联系电话:**,邮箱:lichuanj@uestc.edu.cn
