郑宗良,博士,硕士生导师,IEEE Member。先后在电子科技大学、美国东北大学学习并获得工学博士学位。主要从事无线通信系统、射频/微波集成电路设计、新型天线技术、下一代移动通信技术(5G、6G)应用等领域研究。目前主持和主研国家自然科学基金青年、面上、重点项目,四川省科技支撑和高新技术发展重大项目等省部级以上项目十余项,并与国内外多家公司开展横向研究课题。
近几年来,在国际知名期刊和领域内主流国际会议上发表学术论文50余篇,其中第一作者和通信作者SCI期刊论文二十余篇。多次在国际会议上做报告、特邀报告和担任Session Chair等,包括2018 ICMMT特邀报告和分会主席、2019年中国电子学会青年科学家论坛特邀报告人、2019年作为唯一被邀中国****受邀出席在美国波士顿举办的ICF12会议并做大会特邀报告等等。作为负责人还设计搭建了国内首台覆盖X波段到毫米波Ka波段的全自动铁磁共振线宽测试系统,填补了国内空白,为核心器件的国产化研制提供了支持。
担任IEEE Trans. Magn.、 IEEE Trans. MTT、 IEEE Trans. Antenn. Propag.、 Appl. Phys. Lett.、 J. Appl. Phys.、 J. Magn. Magn. Mater.、 Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.、 New J. Chem.、 J. Electromagn. Waves Appl.、 IEEE INTERMAG等国际期刊和会议审稿人,荣获2017 年度Elsevier出版社杰出审稿人(Outstanding Reviewer Award)。

西南交大微电子研究所
团队依托西南交大微电子研究所,研究方向主要包括新型天线与射频微波器件、物联网技术、下一代无线通信技术与系统、集成电路设计、新型电子信息材料与器件等前沿且实用性强的领域。近年来,获省部级以上科技进步奖4项,先后主持和承担多项国家自然科学基金重大、重点,863,四川省科技厅重大以及国际科技合作项目。实验室拥有从设计、仿真、制备到测试、应用的完备实验平台和条件,近年来在国际国内期刊和会议发表SCI/EI论文300余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项。团队十分注重人才培养工作,培养了首届四川省优秀硕士论文获得者,有超过三分之一的研究生获得校级及以上优秀硕士论文。实验室与国内、国际多所著名大学和研究机构建立了广泛深入的合作关系,包括开展联合研究课题、互派留学生、举办学术会议等。

实验室为研究生提供良好的软硬件条件和研究氛围,培养的研究生在业内广受欢迎,已毕业去向包括一些著名的高新技术公司、研究所、国有大型企业/公司从事产品研发、技术管理、应用开发等工作(包括:华为、TI、恩智浦、中电集团、中国航天、中航工业集团、兵器工业、南车集团、国家电网等等)或选择读博深造到高校、研究所从事教学科研工作。
