个人简历 吴中柳研究员,女,1975年6月生。2003年毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所生物有机化学国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位,同年赴美国Vanderbilt大学医学院生物化学系从事博士后研究工作,2006年入选中国科学院“百人计划”(“引进国外杰出人才”)?,2008年获得择优支持。现任中国科学院成都生物研究所应用与环境微生物研究中心研究员,博士生导师。入选2008年度四川省杰出青年学科带头人。?
研究方向 主要从事生物催化与生物转化研究,包括以下几方面:?
1、新型微生物氧化还原酶酶源的筛选、评估和应用;?
2、酶催化剂的分子改造和进化;?
3、重要手性分子的酶催化合成新方法;?
4、生物催化法构建多样性的活性分子库和新型类药分子。?
