陈旭,男,汉族,1984年2月生,博士,讲师,原籍辽宁省沈阳市,中共党员。2015年10月来校任教,主要研究方向为食品质量与安全。为本科生讲授《食品化学》和《食品生产原料质量控制》课程。主持或参与的教学项目两项,指导的本科毕业生论文获校级优秀毕业论文一等奖。主持辽宁省教育厅青年科技人才“育苗”项一项,校博士启动项目一项;并参加国家重点研发等项目。在 Analytical method, Electrophoresis 等学术杂志发表论文4 篇,总影响因子10.264。
