研究领域(研究课题)
1. 神经组织工程研究:结合体外组织工程技术,采用胶原水凝胶、胶原-壳聚糖、胶原-透明质酸以及壳聚糖-明胶-透明质酸-硫酸肝素等复合支架材料构建神经干细胞的三维培养模型并实现有功能的神经元网络,从而为神经干细胞的进一步临床应用提供新的途径和细胞来源;
2. 中药分子药理学研究:构建新的药理模型、干细胞分化诱导抑制等方向对发现的强活性先导化合物进行分子药理学方向的研究,对中药现代化之药理研究建立中药分子药理学平台;
3. 中药与天然产物化学研究:采用活性追踪的方法从传统中草药中筛选具有抗肿瘤、抗老年性痴呆及治疗帕金森病的先导化合物。
