1. 大气压冷等离子体在生物工程领域的应用

大气压冷等离子体在细菌/真菌失活方面的生物医学应用;大气压冷等离子体对植物病害的防治;

等离子体食品工业保鲜技术;

2. 大气压微等离子体反应器设计与诊断

大气压微等离子体反应器的设计以及采用ICCD微纳秒成像技术对等离子体子弹的产生机理,影响因素

等进行研究,设计大面积微等离子体阵列获得均匀等离子体放电。

3. 低温等离子体与材料表面相互作用机制

采用低温等离子体制备纳米功能性薄膜材料如FC薄膜,CN薄膜,DLC,TiO2,SiOx薄膜等;研究低温

等离子体与催化剂协同应用脱除废气中NOx以及VOCs研究
