【研究领域】

致力于以五碳糖、六碳糖、甘油以及生物质等为原料的功能性糖醇等高附加值食品与食品添加剂、医药等产品的生物合成与制造的基础与应用等方面的研究工作。重点围绕D-阿拉伯糖醇、木糖醇、D-塔格糖、D-阿洛糖、D-阿洛酮糖、3-羟基丙酸、1,3-丙二醇等高附加值食品、医药等化学品与平台化合物,开展功能微生物的筛选鉴定与工程菌的开发、新酶发现、关键酶定向进化与理性设计、代谢途径工程改造、微生物组学、生物转化与合成、发酵工程与代谢调控、合成途径与分子机制解析等方面的研究;并致力于高附加值食品与食品添加剂、医药等相关产品的应用与开发。同时,开展了食源性微生物的快速检测与评估等方面的研究工作。
