个人简介
姚卫蓉,女,1970年10月生,江苏吴江人。2002年获得江南大学粮食、油脂与植物蛋白工程专业的工学博士学位,2006年于法国国立高等农业和食品工业学院从事食品安全领域的博士后研究。现任江南大学食品学院教授、博导,“食品安全与质量控制”研究中心主任。江苏省 “青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,无锡市优秀教育工作者。
社会兼职:中国食品科学技术学会食品安全与标准技术分会理事,中国食源性微生物检测技术创新战略联盟常务理事,国家食品药品监督管理总局首批餐饮服务食品安全专家,国家工业和信息化部食品工业企业诚信体系专家,国家食品药品监督管理总局高研院食品安全监管培训讲师,江苏省食品添加剂与配料行业协会专家委员会专家。
研究内容:主要从事食品安全与质量控制领域的教学与研究工作。近年来一直针对当前影响我国食品加工安全的基础问题和关键控制理论,主要研究开发食品安全的低成本、高通量检测技术,并研究在食品加工过程的原位控制技术。针对食源性致病菌、食品包装污染物、食品违禁添加物、食品添加剂等污染物,研制集样品预处理、表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测方法、设备器材和配套试剂的食品安全多指标联动检测技术;并结合生物防治和化学防控手段,研究开发基于食品加工过程的食品安全控制技术,采用食品中现有的有效成分或有益菌,在不改变食品生产现有基本加工工艺的基础上,有效降低致病菌、腐败菌、生物毒素和包装污染物等对人体的危害。
学术和科研贡献:在国内外刊物上发表论文160多篇,其中SCI文50多篇;主编著作2部,教材2部,副主编教材1部;授权专利10项(1项为美国专利),申请10项;研究成果获得国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名第六),省部级一等奖1项(排名第一),省部级二等奖4项(2项排名第一,2项第二),省部级三等奖2项(排名第一);已主持完成国家科技支撑项目子课题7项,省部级项目3项;主持完成企业横向项目金20项,10多项科研成果实现产业化。

Social function:
Prof. Yao Weirong plays multiple roles, including: 1) one of the directors of Food Safety with Standards and Technology which belongs to Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology; 2) one of the first batch of experts offood and beverage seviceand food safety in China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA); 3) the Institute for Advanced Study trainer of CFDA; 4) the food industry enterprise credit management system expert of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China and the member of committee of experts on Jiangsu Province’s Food Additives and Ingredients Industry Association.


Teaching background:
Prof. Yao Weirong mainly teaches lessons for doctors, masters, undergraduate and foreign students, including “Food Safety”, “Food Hygiene”, “Food Analysis”, “Food Safety and Risk Analysis”, “Introduction to Food Science and Engineering”, “The Front Research on Food Science and Engineering” and many more. What’s more, Prof. Yao Weirong is the chief editor of “Food Hygiene-Principles and Practice”, “Food Safety and Quality Control” and the deputy editor of the textbook “Introduction to Food Safety”.
Scientific research achievements:
Over the years, for the current impact on the basic research on food processing safety and critical control technology, Prof. Yao Weirong devotes to developing technologies to detect food safety with low-cost and high-throughput; relating to food packaging pollutants, banned food additives, food additives and other substances, Prof. Yao Weirong committed herself to building surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection technology, meanwhile, Prof. Yao Weirong dedicated her life to studying linkage detection technologies to combine multiple indicators such as sample pretreatment, detection methods, equipment, components and reagents with food safety. Besides, Prof. Yao Weirong studies the food safety control technologies combining biological control methods with chemical prevention and control methods which are based on food processing technologies which can applied toreduce the harm to human body resulted from biotoxin and food packaging pollutants. Futhermore, the current development of food safety SERS detection technologies are at the top of the world, and the biological toxin control techniques are characterized with Chinese tradition, obviously.
For her outstanding achievements, Prof. Yao Weirong was awards several times: 1) one the 2nd prize for the Science and Technology Progress; 2) three the 2nd provincial prizes; 3) two the 3rd provincial prizes and 10 invention patents (one for U.S. Patent). Prof. Yao Weirong has published more than 130 articles(SCI nearly 40) in the international journals; completed presiding over 7 the national Science and technology support programs, 2 in research and 3 provincial projects, moreover, there were more than 10 scientific projects have achieved industrialization.
