个人简介:个人简介
郑兆柱,19814月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2102年从哈尔滨工业大学生物医学仪器与工程专业博士毕业后加入苏州大学纺织与服装工程学院现代丝绸国家工程实验室,从事丝素基生物材料基础研究。在过去的7年时间里,他热衷于研究和探索丝素蛋白材料制备及应用基础理论,尤其是丝素蛋白成凝胶机制及其应用研究。期间20159~ 20169月作为访问****前往Tufts大学生物医学系进行访问,合作导师David L. Kaplan。期间共发表SCI论文33篇,发明专利18项,其中授权2项,PCT专利1项;授权实用新型专利1项。引用次数931次,H指数15i10指数22Google Scholar)。涵盖了生物医学工程各个子领域。作为一名生物医学工程师,他的专业知识得到了进一步加强、扩大和深化。同时申报人继续积极参与各种丝素蛋白量产及其产品开发项目,包括大分子量丝素蛋白冻干粉、制备工艺及其应用丝素蛋白生物墨水丝素蛋白支架等。

研究领域: 目前主要从事两个方面的工作:(1)利用丝素蛋白作为基础材料,首先优化已有丝素蛋白溶液制备方法;其次研究新型丝素蛋白基凝胶和颗粒;最后利用新型丝素蛋白基凝胶和颗粒,发展了新型给药体系和可降解植入医疗器械新技术。(2)利用丝素蛋白优异的机械性能、生物相容性和水相加工特性,研制新型3D打印生物墨水,研究了材料组成和结构与组织诱导性之间的规律和机制,为获得仿生组织奠定理论基础。
