范吉阳,东南大学物理学院教授,博士生导师。1996年山东大学光学系本科毕业,2001年中国科学院理论物理研究所硕士毕业,2006年南京大学物理系获理学博士学位。多次赴香港城市大学物理系从事合作研究。2012年作为国家公派高级研究****在美国阿肯色大学物理系从事合作研究。主要研究领域为半导体材料物理。在Prog. Mater. Sci.、Phys.Rev.Lett.、Small、Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等国际学术期刊上所发表论文已被引用1700余篇次。在德国Springer出版社出版学术专著一部。为Appl. Phys. Lett.、Adv. Mater.、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等60余种国际学术期刊审稿人。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目和东南大学优秀青年教师资助计划项目等。2013年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。作为完成人之一的项目“半导体微纳结构光致发光机制与拉曼散射研究”获2017年度教育部自然科学奖一等奖。

Jiyang Fan received the B.Sc. in optics from Shandong University in 1996, M.Sc. in theoretical physics from the Institute of Theoretical Physics in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001, and Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from Nanjing University in 2006.We have studied the physical properties of semiconductor nanomaterials for many years.The major current research interest of our group involves semiconductor nanocrystals focusing on their electronic, optical, and mechanical properties; other interests include carbon nanomaterials, plasmonics, and applications of nanocrystals in optoelectronic devices.
