个人简介
先后在华中科技大学自动控制系自动控制专业获学士学位，在西安交通大学系统工程研究所获硕士学位，在南京航空航天大学获博士学位；1994年12月南京航空航天大学工作至今，先后任副教授，教授。期间曾在华东石油大学，南京玻璃纤维研究设计院工作。
学术成果
主要从事现代飞行器的自适应鲁棒控制、容错控制以及智能控制，在International Journal of Control, International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, IET Control Theory & Applications, International Journal of Systems Science, Journal of the Franklin Institute等期刊发表学术论文90余篇（其中SCI论文30余篇）。获得过国家教学成果二等奖，江苏省教学成果特等奖以及江苏省科技进步三等奖。担任在 IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems ,International Journal of Control, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control,International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, IET Control Theory & Applications, International Journal of Systems Science, Journal of the Franklin Institute，自动化学报等国内外多个期刊的审稿人，主编“现代控制工程基础”教材（科学出版社出版）。兼任中国自动化学会集成自动化技术专业委员会委员。
