主要学术成绩
研究兴趣主要集中在食品安全、分子识别及其应用,旨在利用核酸扩增检测技术,建立水产品和畜禽制品中品种掺假的快速检测方法。以第一/通讯作者在Food Control, Food Analytical Methods, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture, 食品科学,现代食品科技等国内外期刊发表论文18篇。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与多项国家级和省级项目的研究工作。
