主要学术成绩
课题组主要关注“合成小分子生物功能调节的生物医学光子学”研究,涵盖生物光子学/有机化学/药物化学/蛋白质工程,专注线粒体特异性的病理学生物体系显影新方法在早期诊疗和转化新药开发中的应用。研究成果在活体层面上分别揭示了小分子荧光探针在检测和调控蛋白质活性中的作用,同时在基因水平上阐述了该类合成小分子生物功能调节剂在疾病诊断、信号转导和药物开发等生物医学领域巨大的应用前景。迄今为止,在Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Chemical Society Reviews, Nature Communications, Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced materials等期刊上累计发表SCI收录论文200余篇,申请/授权专利41/12项,参与编撰专著《分子影像与精准诊断》一本。先后当选“中国青年化学家元素周期表Mc元素”代言人,“中国生物医学工程学会生物医学光子学分会”青年委员,“中国环境诱变剂学会活性氧生物学效应专业委员会”青年委员,新加坡神经医学研究院(NNI)客座研究员, 《材料导报》编委,《中国临床药理学与治疗学》青年编委,江苏省侨联青年委员会第三届委员会常务委员。
