研究方向

研究方向:主要从事中枢神经退行性病变的相关研究,利用细胞、线虫、果蝇、小鼠等多种模型,揭示中枢神经系统损伤的分子机制,近年来结合干细胞、化学、纳米技术,开发帕金森病等中枢性神经系统疾病的诊断及治疗新方法。研究项目获得新加坡国家医学研究基金、江苏省高校自然科学基金重大项目、六大人才高峰-高层次人才、安徽中烟重点实验室开放课题支持;研究成果发表在Nature Communications,Angewandte Chemie-International Edition,ACS Nano,ACS Sensors,Cell death and differentiation,Journal of Neuroscience, Neuodegenerative Diseases,NeuromolecularMedicine,Parkinson’s Disease, Investigative ophthalmology & visual science Advanced,Frontiers inAging Neuroscience 等国际学术期刊, 申请国内及国际专利多项。
