2018年至今，南京财经大学，食品科学与工程学院，讲师；

研究领域及方向：
研究天然活性物质的提取纯化与制备技术，评价天然活性物质的安全性与功能性，及如何通过合理膳食或科学食用膳食中的生物活性成分改善机体健康状态并深入探讨其分子作用机理。

（1）国家自然科学基金青年基金，**，Rabif基因在肥胖发生中的作用及其机制研究，主持。
（2）中国博士后科学基金面上资助，2016M601006，肠道菌群与花色苷 代谢的相互作用关系研究，主持。
（3）科技部“蛋白质机器与生命过程调控”重点专项，2018YFA**，脂滴及互作细胞器的新型蛋白质机器与脂质稳态调控，参与。
（4）国家自然科学基金重大项目，**，新型内分泌因子对脂代谢可塑性的影响及作用机制，参与。
