Biography
Ir Dr Frank H.F. Leung received his BEng degree and the PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1988 and 1992 respectively. He is presently Associate Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is active in the research of Computational Intelligence, Intelligent Control, Home Automation and Robots.
