Consulting, Research and Teaching Interests:
Group Effectiveness and Creative Thinking
Elvy obtained a doctorate in business administration and a masters degree in human resource management. Prior to joining our academic team, she was a business practitioner in a diverse range of areas in Hong Kong and the Mainland including HR development, executive training and consultancy, and personnel management. Elvy has qualifications for the Big-Five, FIRO-B, MBTI, DISC?and NLP. Her recent research interest is on the effect of student teaming.
