Dr Boris Ng is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD in Information Systems from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include fake news, business analytics, and fintech. He employs various research techniques, such as machine learning, experiment, survey, and econometrics, in addressing different business and societal problems. His work has appeared in the Journal of Management Information Systems and ACM Transactions on Management Information Systems.
