School support service on Whole Language Approach to Tai Po Baptist Kindergarten Wan Tau Ton Estate Branch (Oct 2009 – Mar 2010): 4 teachers’ workshops and 2 on-site school visits would be arranged.

Parents as voluntary assistants’ workshops for K2 & K3 reading-aloud programme: Two workshops were being organized on 28-9-2009 and 16-11-2009 to prepare parents undertaking the reading-aloud programme in the Kwun Tong Baptist Church Kindergarten.

School support service to the St. Simon Sai Kung Nursery School on Whole Language Approach: A teachers’ seminar was held on 13-12-2008.

School support service on Whole Language Approach to Sun Island (Kwai Chung and Shum Shi Po branch) Kindergarten (Oct 2008 – Jun 2009): 4 teachers’ workshops and 2 on-site school visits had been arranged.

School support service on reading storybook aloud to the Shaukiwan Tsung Tsin Nursery School (Jan 2008 – Dec 2008): 2 teachers’ workshops were held on 21-4-2008 and 8-9-2008.

Serve as the project consultant to the Kwun Tong Baptist Church Kindergarten for two years. This “School-based Quality Improvement Scheme” was a self-funding project for Kindergartens and Nursery Schools by the Professional Development and Support Unit of the Centre for Early Childhood Research and Development of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. (2008.1 to 2009.12)

Guest judge for the N1 Children Nursery Rhymes Creation Competition of the ELCHK in April, 2006, over 40 pieces of nursery rhymes written by the nursery school teachers have been reviewed. The chosen pieces are later printed into nursery rhymes booklets being used in all ELCHK kindergartens.

Serve as the District health consultant to East Kowloon area in the project “Health Promoting Kindergarten” by Centre for Health Education and Health Promotion, Faculty of Medicine, the Chinese University of Hong Kong with co-partnership of the Department of Early Childhood Education of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. (2005.9 to 2008.6)

QEF reading project of the Deborab English Kingergarten (Jan 2005 - Jun 2005): 2 parents’ seminars on reading and promoting children’s language development were held on 22-1-2005 and 7-5-2005.

QEF reading project of the Wellborn International Play School (Oct 2004 - Mar 2005): A parents’ seminar on reading and promoting children’s language development were held on 9-11-2004.

Serve as the consultant to around 10 school including Kindergartens and Primary Schools in these two years on either Hong Kong/Kowloon side or New Territories in the Hong Kong Bank Foundation funded project “Zippy’s Friends”(2004.10 to 2009.8)
