Using teaching video to promote teacher professional development
Brief biography:
My name is Cen Fangmei. I obtained my bachelor's and master's degree in Early Childhood Education. After completing my master's degree at The University of Hong Kong, I worked in a public kindergarten as a principal in Shenzhen, China. I have rich experience in teaching and management in kindergarten. Now I am an EdD student at the Education University of HongKong. My research focuses on teacher's learning and professional development, and curriculum.
