Dr. Sau Chung Fu received his BEng and MPhil in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1999 and 2001 respectively. After practiced for some years in an engineering consultant, he went on pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2011. He was a research associate in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a postdoctoral fellow in Guangzhou HKUST Fok Ying Tung Research Institute and a research assistant professor in the HKUST Fok Ying Tung Graduate School before coming back to HKU. Dr. Fu is currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Fu's research focused on aerosol and bioaerosol, nanofluids and heat exchanger, turbulent flow, wind power systems, ventilation systems, to improve indoor air quality and to improve the heat and mass transfer performance of HVAC systems.
