Dr. Li, Xiao (Shell) is an RGC Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Real Estate and Construction (REC), The University of Hong Kong (HKU). Shell has a background in Real Estate Management (B.Eng), Management Science and Engineering (M.Eng), and Construction Informatics (Ph.D.). He is a fellow of the SYLFF Association, a National Certified Construction Engineer, and an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. His research interests include:
Construction Informatics (BIM, VR/AR, IoT, Blockchain, and Machine Learning)
Modular Construction (Lean Construction and Prefabrication)
