BIO
Dr Lap Tuen, Michael Wong is a Senior Lecturer of English in the Language Centre of Hong Kong Baptist University. He has extensive teaching and administrative experience in tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and overseas and has taught a wide range of courses in the areas of Applied Linguistics, EAP, Language and Communication and TESOL, from sub-degree to postgraduate level. He has published research articles in international refereed journals, as well as local and overseas newspapers relating to second language teaching and learning and post-secondary education in Hong Kong.?He has recently edited a scholarly book, with Wai-lam, Heidi Wong, entitled?Teaching and Learning English for Academic Purposes: Current research and Practices,?which was published in early 2018.
