摘要Patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma require anesthesia for a number of surgical procedures. This ranges from minimally invasive surgery, such as diagnostic laparoscopy, to major procedures including liver transplantation. Anesthetic management in these patients is not only dependent on the magnitude of surgery, but also on any concurrent illnesses. In this chapter, we outlined the principles of anesthesia and perioperative management for patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma undergoing a variety of surgery.
