Biography Minkyu Shin is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the City University of Hong Kong.He received his Ph.D. in Marketing from Yale University School of Management. He received his M.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University, Korea. His research focuses on gig economy and human-AI interaction.
