- 简历研究员,博士研究生导师。2005年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所获遗传学博士学位,2005.11-2009.08 在美国Plant & Science Department, University of Kentucky 从事博士后研究工作。2009年9月至今受聘于中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所,并入选2010年中国科学院“百人计划”。 自参加研究工作以来一直从事水稻分子生物学研究,已在Plant Physiology,New Phytologist,Journal of Experimental Botany等刊物上发表多篇研究论文。目前主要从事水稻逆境分子生物学研究。项目组主要研究水稻(Oryza sativa)对重金属污染和高/低温等逆境胁迫响应的遗传基础。利用遗传群体、自然群体和突变体,结合正向遗传学(如图位克隆和候选基因的关联分析)、反向遗传学以及基因组学等方法克隆水稻控制镉积累或抗高/低温的逆境响应基因;筛选优异等位基因变异,培育低镉和耐高/低温的水稻新种质。
