1994年湖南大学获分析化学硕士学位,2000年湖南大学获分析化学博士学位。2001-2003年,北京大学博士后;2003-2008年,北京大学副教授、博士生导师。其间, 2006-2007年,(美国)佛罗里达大学访问教授。2008年9月至今,湖南大学教授、博士生导师,“985工程”建设化学生物科技创新平台首席科学家。主要从事化学与生物传感技术研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金、重点项目、国家重大科学研究计划及湖南省社会发展计划重点项目等多项科研项目。在Angew Chem Int Ed、JACS、ACS Nano、Chem Commun、Anal Chem等期刊发表论文80余篇。获得 “湖南省科技进步一等奖”、“中国分析测试协会科学技术奖(CAIA)一等奖”、“教育部自然科学一等奖”及“国家自然科学二等奖”等奖励。
