一、个人简介
杨朝晖，男，湖南岳阳人，1969年7月出生，美国加州大学戴维斯分校博士（后），美国阿拉斯加大学安克雷奇分校教授，长沙理工大学客座教授，硕士生导师。主要从事桥梁桩基工程、寒区冻土工程、地震工程及防灾减灾技术等方面的研究。现任美国阿拉斯加大学安克雷奇分校工程学院副院长，岩土工程实验室主任，交通工程研究中心副主任，土木工程专业教学评估委员会主席，阿拉斯加大学岩土与地震工程领域学术带头人。兼任阿拉斯加安克雷奇市政府咨询委员会委员，美国国家自然科学基金AK EPSCOR 项目寒区工程学术带头人，美、中国家自然科学基金评审专家，美国土木工程学会会员。担任《Journal of Cold Regions Engineering》（ASCE）副主编，《Sciences in Cold and Arid Regions》常务编委，美国ASCE寒区工程领域副主席以及20余种国际期刊审稿人。目前主持中国国家自然科学基金1项，其他纵横向课题8项，已完成包括美国国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目40余项。已在《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》、《Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering》、《Journal of Cold Regions Engineering》以及《Journal of Engineering Mechanics》等期刊上发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇，特邀主题报告30余次，会议论文20余篇，授权美国发明专利4项，出版专著1本，指导硕士、博士及访问****30余人。

主持长沙理工大学桥梁工程领域开放基金项目“冻融循环条件下桥梁桩基水平振动响应机理试验及数值模拟研究”，2018/10-2020/09。
其他在研课题8项，研究经费约200万元。
