赵德斌,汉族,1963年生。教授,博士生导师;哈尔滨工业大学计算机学院。

主要研究方向(Major): Image and video coding and transmission、computer vision、machine learning. 视频编码与传输、计算机视觉与机器学习。

在国际/国内学术期刊或学术会议上发表学术论文300余篇,其中IEEE Trans/Journal国际期刊论文60篇(IEEE Trans on CSVT:25篇;IEEE Trans on IP:15篇;IEEE Trans on Multimedia:8篇),在DCC(数据压缩的顶级国际会议)和CVPR发表论文16篇。发表的论文被SCI收录100余篇,文章被引用8300余次(Google scholar)。

申请人共获得国家及省部级奖励13项,其中获得国家技术发明二等奖1项,国家科学技术进步二等奖2项,省部级科学技术进步一等奖2项,省部级科学技术进步二等奖5项,省部级科学技术进步三等奖3项。申请人共获得发明专利14项(均是有关视频编码方面的),其中美国发明专利3项,日本发明专利2项,香港发明专利2项,国家发明专利7项。申请人指导的博士生获得全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖和CCF优秀博士论文奖。另外获得IEEE VCIP2011和PCM2008 best paper awards.
