基本信息
哈尔滨工业大学计算机科学与技术学院博士,教授、博士生导师,计算机基础系系主任兼软件基础教研室主任、自然计算研究室主任,省杰出青年科学基金获得者,曾留学瑞典、英国。1997年博士毕业于哈工大计算机应用专业;2002年破格评为教授,2003 年评为“计算机科学与技术”、“软件工程”、“生物医学工程”学科博士生导师。主要研究方向:生物信息学与计算生物学、机器学习与数据挖掘等。现为中国计算机学会(CCF)生物信息学专业组副主任、CCF人工智能和模式识别专委会常委、中国人工智能学会机器学习专委会常委、中国运筹学会计算系统生物学分会理事,《计算机科学与探索》、《哈尔滨工业大学学报》等期刊编委,国家自然基金委重大研究计划指导专家组成员,国家科学技术奖会评专家。曾任第十二届、十三届基金委信息学部评审组专家,中国机器学习会议(CCML2015)大会主席。主持完成自然基金重点项目等20多项,发表论文200余篇。
