基本信息
王黎东,男,汉族,1974年生。哈尔滨工业大学材料物理与化学系本科教学副主任,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。
主要研究领域:石墨烯和纳米碳材料宏量制备方法、石墨烯增强金属基复合材料和基于石墨烯的能量存储转换器件。在纳米碳材料合成方法、复合材料设计、制备、组织和界面结构及材料性能方面具有较丰富的研究经验。主持课题11项,包括973项目子专题1项,自然科学基金2项,高校博士点基金1项,哈尔滨市攻关1项,横向课题6项;作为第二完成人参与课题10项,包括国防973子专题、国家863项目、国家重大仪器专项、自然科学基金和十三五项目等;已发表论文100余篇,在Carbon,Journal of Power sources, Composite science and technology,Scientific Reports,Scripta materialia等国际期刊发表SCI检索论文90余篇,申请国家发明专利30项,获得授权国家发明专利15项,其中1项燃烧合成制备石墨烯的专利实现技术转让。

简单介绍N-doped graphene with Curie temperature higher than room temperature is a good candidate fornanomagnetic applications. Here we report a kind of N-doped graphene that exhibits ferromagneticproperty with high Curie temperature (>600 K). Four graphene samples were prepared through self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS), and the doped nitrogen contents of in the samples were0 at.%, 2.53 at.%, 9.21 at.% and 11.17 at.%. It has been found that the saturation magnetization andcoercive field increase with the increasing of nitrogen contents in the samples. For the sample with thehighest nitrogen content, the saturation magnetizations reach 0.282 emu/g at 10 K and 0.148 emu/gat 300 K; the coercive forces reach 544.2 Oe at 10 K and 168.8 Oe at 300 K. The drop of magneticsusceptibility at ~625 K for N-doped graphene is mainly caused by the decomposition of pyrrolic N andpydinic N. Our results suggest that SHS method is an effective and high-throughput method to produceN-doped graphene with high nitrogen concentration and that N-doped graphene produced by SHSmethod is promising to be a good candidate for nanomagnetic applications.

简单介绍In this study, a new, effective strategy is reported for the fabrication of composites using manganeseoxide (MnO2) grown in situ on three-dimensional (3D) graphene by the reverse microemulsion (water-in-oil) method. A uniform coating of nanoscale MnO2 layers can be observed on the internal surface of 3Dgraphene, which could benefit rapid ionic and electronic transport. The electrochemical performance ofthe MnO2/3D graphene composites is optimized by the control of the composite structure and massloading of MnO2. The MnO2/3D graphene composite thus prepared exhibits a significantly high specificcapacitance of 659.7 F g1 at 0.3 A g1 and an excellent retention life of 106% after 1000 cycles. The facile synthesis and excellent electrochemical performance of the MnO2/3D graphene composites indicate thatthe developed method demonstrates potential applications for the fabrication of novel electrode materials for use in energy storage devices.

简单介绍Aself-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS)method to synthesize few-layer graphene (FLG) frommagne-sium and different carbon sources is demonstrated. These carbon sources include CaCO3,3MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·3H2O,glucose, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). FLG produced by SHSmethod has a 3D porous structure with a special nano-crystallinity, and a lowamount of defects. This fast, energy saving and low costmethod is competitive as a candidate for industrial production of graphene for awide range of applications. It is found that CaCO3 are superior to others among these starting materials according to DSC properties. The dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) with a FLG (produced from CaCO3) counter electrode (CE) achieves a power conversion efficiency higher than that obtained with a reference DSC using a Pt counter electrode. The charge transfer resistance of FLG DSC is 0.13 ? cm2,which is more than thirty times lower than that of the DSC having a Pt counter electrode. SHS FLG has been demonstrated to be a promising alternative counter electrode in DSC.

简单介绍As the ethylene glycol aqueous solution (EG/DW) with a volume fraction of 60:40% (the ratio of ethyleneglycol (EG) and deionized water (DW)) was widely used as an antifreeze solution, pool boiling heat trans-fer (BHT) characteristics including boiling heat transfer coefficient (HTC) and critical heat flux (CHF) ofEG/DW based graphene nanosheets (GNs) nanofluids are experimentally investigated under atmosphericpressure. The influence of heat flux and nanoparticles mass fraction on the boiling heat transfer has beenmeasured and discussed. Boiling curves were obtained for the nanofluids compared with the baselinecase of EG/DW. It was shown that for low concentration (i.e., mass fraction up to 0.02%) GNs-EG/DWnanofluids, the boiling performance of the EG/DW had been obviously enhanced by adding GNs nanopar-ticles, which was resulted from the enhancement of surface wettability caused by nanoparticles deposi-tion. However, further loading GNs in EG/DW reduced the BHT capability of EG/DW, results from the GNssedimentation and subsequent blockage of the nucleation sites. At the small concentration less than0.02%, the CHF rapidly increases with increasing nanoparticle concentration. However, the CHF magni-tude is almost the same for GNs-EG/DW nanofluids with concentration beyond the critical concentration. 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
