基本信息
郭熙铜，哈尔滨工业大学教授、博士生导师、电子健康研究所执行所长(ehealth.hit.edu.cn/)。

2017年入选国家“****” 青年拔尖人才, 2016年获国家优秀青年科学基金，2012 年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。

主要研究方向为电子健康及大数据与商务分析。在MISQ、JMIS、JAIS、EJIS、ACM TMIS、DSS、IJEC、ICIS等国际主流学术期刊和会议发表60余篇学术论文，其中SCI/SSCI论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目“智能健康信息服务管理”（2016-2020）。

2015年任第24届国际信息系统发展会议（ISD）程序主席，国际信息系统学术会议ICIS（2014，2015，2016）副编辑（AE）、ICIS （2019）、PACIS（2014，2015）、AMCIS 2016专题主席（Track Chair），EM、ESWA、JECR等客座编委、管理科学学报（英文版）副编辑、MISQ、JMIS等审稿人。任管理科学与工程学会大数据与商务分析研究会秘书长。2011年参加第四届诺贝尔奖获得者经济学大会。

Course Description
This course is designed for participant to understand and resolve research issues in conducting contemporary business research with special attention to knowledge and innovation management. It aims to equip graduate students with the necessary foundations, skills and methodologies to perform academic research in economics and management at a postgraduate level. Students are encouraged to work with their advisors to craft a meaningful research project for the course.

It was first set up in 2011 and has been taken for two rounds. It is one of the core curriculums of International Master Project of Humanities of Economics and Management at Harbin Institute of Technology. Attendees are international students from Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Russia and South Korea and other countries and regions, and the average teaching scale is 33 students.

Course Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs)：

On completing the course, students should be able to

1. Explain and appreciate the nature of contemporary business research

2. Build an understanding of current business research directions;

3. Develop an understanding of the business research process;

4. Evaluate, select, and apply appropriate methodologies to solve a business research problem;

5. Critically assess the quality of a research work;

6. Develop comprehensive dissertation proposals following HIT requirements.

Teaching Methods and Means
WAYS FOR TEACHING: Teach students through lectures on class where they may be asked to do some presentations or hold some class discussion. Reviewing literature is an after-class requirement for students, and they are also supposed to participate in the research designed by the lecturer and finally come up with their own research reports.

FACILITIES FOR TEACHING: The class make a full use of information technologies, multimedia, practicing and network in order to achieve high efficiency in teaching. Lecturers are quite skilled in using multimedia system for demonstration which bring texts, images, animations, sounds, videos and other teaching elements into the class. At the same time, facilitated by Multimedia Laboratories for Management Simulation, Laboratories for Simulation and Data Analysis, Decision Theater, and Research Laboratories for Behavioral and Psychology, the management research methods taught on class can be applied to practice, through which students would experience by themselves the whole process of data mining, collecting and collating. In addition, with our school’s abundant teaching resources on network, a social media-based communication platform would be easily built up for students so as to extend the teaching fields and thus combine the on-class theories with after-class practice.

Course Syllabus
Management Research Methods is an introductory course to do research in the management field. This course combines the essences of research methods courses set up by leading business schools at home and abroad, and also inherits the excellent teaching tradition of Harbin Institute of Technology. Continuing to deepen the reform of the course, we have developed a unique teaching system, which includes systematic methodology and multifaceted specific contents like research process, research design, statistics methodology; what’s more, this teaching system also involves a lot experiments. This course is one of the core curriculums of the Economics, Management and Humanities International Master Project of Harbin Institute of Technology.

Practical Activities
The latest information technology means are fully used in teaching. Students can learn and conduct practical activities in many information laboratories, such as Simulation and Data Analysis Laboratory, Multimedia Laboratory of Management and Simulation , Decision Theater, Research Laboratory of Behavior and Psychology. Through these, students can experience by themselves the process of data collection, data mining, and data processing.

哈工大管理学院电子健康研究所依托管理科学与工程学科（国家重点学科），在国际范围内较早开展电子健康相关研究。研究所汇集电子健康领域国际知名学者，以学术和项目研究为驱动，形成了多角度、多方法的研究团队。研究所聚焦中国医疗健康领域难题，同国际国内研究机构、医院、公司、政府及社区展开全方位合作，提出并解决信息互联背景下健康管理等科学问题。

？郭熙铜教授（http://som.hit.edu.cn/html/teacher/**3.html）哈尔滨工业大学教授、博士生导师、电子健康研究所副所长。入选第三批国家“****”青年拔尖人才, 2016年获国家优秀青年科学基金，2012 年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要研究方向为电子健康及大数据与商务分析。在JMIS、JAIS、ACM TMIS、DSS、IJEC、ICIS等期刊及会议上发表学术论文60余篇，其中SCI/SSCI期刊论文30余篇，参与编写著作3本。

研究所目前主持以下代表性项目

1. 国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目：电子健康（2017-2019）

2. 国家自然科学基金重点项目：智能健康信息服务（2016-2020）

本项目拟结合多来源健康数据，从多参与方视角，对智能健康的信息、服务、社会影响三方面展开研究。

3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目：基于在线医疗社区的医患交互机制研究（2015-2018）

基于在线医疗社区，本研究从医生名誉机制对患者选择医生服务的影响研究；医生参与医患交互的激励机制研究；医生付出(精力和时间)与服务价格的调节机制研究展开。

4. 国家自然科学基金面上项目：组织和个体视角的医疗信息技术动态影响研究（2015-2018）

探索不同信息技术及其间的交互作用在医疗信息技术实施前期、中期和后期对医院、医生和患者的动态影响。

5.国家自然科学基金面上项目：“基于社交媒体支持的医疗保健-作用机理与模式创新”（2019-2022）

项目旨在有效监控和提高学生的身体素质，提升大学生健康管理的意识，养成健康行为习惯。

10.迪拜免税店（DDF）零售数据分析

对迪拜机场免税店的零售数据进行数据分析，发现对购买行为产生影响的因素，以期提高免税店的盈利。

【研究方向】

研究所主要从信息互联和中国医疗体系与管理特色的发展趋势出发，提出并解决在信息互联驱动背景下的医疗运营管理等重要基础科学问题，具体方向如下：

研究方向1建模与分析性研究

基于大数据与新兴信息技术的医疗健康运营管理理论与方法，整合健康大数据，提出有效的数据管理、数据纠偏及健康评估和疾病预警方法。

研究方向2行为学研究

探索多层次参与方的医疗信息技术使用行为及知识管理机制，探究电子健康服务过程、管理机制及可持续性价值创造机理。

研究方向3设计科学研究

设计和评估新型临床诊断决策系统、模型、方法以及个人健康管理系统，通过实践应用，探索电子健康的社会影响。

研究方向4实证研究

医疗政策和信息技术使用的评估及政策建议。

研究方向5综合研究

通过多研究方法交叉验证，遵循经济、行为、设计科学研究范式，探索医疗健康领域的复杂议题。

课程简介
为推进学校的国际化教学愿景与深化学院课程的教学改革，我院开设了管理研究方法的留学生课程。本课程从2011年开始设立，授课两个轮次，是哈工大经济管理人文国际硕士项目的核心课程。授课对象为来自全球范围（如中亚、东南亚、俄罗斯和韩国等）的在校留学生。该课程的宗旨是让学生在进行学术研究时，熟悉科研报告的设计、科研过程的实施和学术论文的写作等系统的管理研究方法体系；在理解和解决前沿商业问题时，能够综合运用管理知识基础、技能和方法，从而提高知识和创新管理能力。

课程学习目标（Course Intended Learning Outcomes）如下：

1.了解管理研究的基本法则与哲学思想；

2.了解当前管理研究的相关领域及最新进展；

3.了解并掌握管理研究流程，熟悉研究问题提出、文献综述、理论运用、数据收集及分析、结果讨论、学术论文撰写等步骤；

4.培养阅读和评估管理研究学术论文以及鉴识不同管理研究方法的能力；

5．培养独立提出、 设计和执行管理研究项目的能力。 能遵照哈工大要求撰写合格的开题报告，并期待能具备在相关领域主要学术会议和期刊发表的潜力。

教学方法与教学手段
教学方法：教师课堂讲授+学生课堂报告及讨论+学生课下文献阅读+参与教师设计的研究实践+独立研究设计报告

教学手段：该课程在教学过程中，充分利用现代化信息技术，综合运用多媒体、实践、网络三种教学手段提高教学效果。主讲教师能熟练使用多媒体教学演示系统将文字、图片、动画、语音、影像等教学内容引入课堂。同时，借助多媒体管理模拟实验室、仿真与数据分析实验室、决策剧场、行为与心理研究实验室等平台，将管理研究方法的相关教学内容延伸到实践，学生可以切身体会数据挖掘、收集及整理的过程。此外，本课程还借助学校完善的网络教学资源，与学生搭建基于社会媒体的交流平台，以此拓展教学空间，使课程教学内外、虚实结合。详情>>
