基本信息


王健,男,汉族,1974年生。管理科学与工程专业博士,哈尔滨工业大学交通科学与工程学院副院长,教授,博士生导师;

2010年“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。主要研究方向是研究交通系统工程管理和公共政策中交通经济政策。

自2005年以来,承担和完成国家自然科学基金、国家科技行动计划、高校博士点基金、省部级科技攻关项目、地方重大重点等科研课题30余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金2项,作为第二负责人参加国家自然科学基金4项,其他国家级项目4项。

国内外学术刊物和会议上发表论文70余篇,其中SCI/SSCI检索6篇,EI检索40余篇,ISTP检索7篇,主编出版学术专著3部,均在科学出版社出版。参编学术专著1部,译著1部。获得省部级科技进步奖励3项。

简介:研究社会生产和生活中旅客和货物借助各种运输工具进行位置转移的经济问题的学科。

主要内容:

①运输的性质和特征,运输在社会经济发展中的地位和作用。

  ②运输与生产力布局的关系,运输与流通的关系,运输业的管理体制。

  ③运输合理化的经济效果,运输业采用新技术的经济问题,各种运输技术措施的经济效果计算及评价。

  ④运输业的经济政策和技术政策及其理论依据。

  ⑤运输业的劳动组织、劳动生产率和工资制度。

  ⑥运价形成,运输成本分析及运输业的经济核算等。

2. 公路经济学 简介: 暂无

简介:研究公路建设项目在规划、建设、营运过程中的经济规律,并对公路收费、公路经营权转让等当前的热点和难点问题进行理论上的分析和研究。

主要内容:公路经济学导论、微观经济学理论、经济评价与投资决策、公路工程招标及经济分析、公路收费及收费管理等。
