个人简介
吴立刚,男,1977年生,江西宜黄人,博士,哈尔滨工业大学航天学院教授、博士生导师,主要从事复杂不确定动态系统的控制与信号处理研究。目前出版英文专著7部,发表国际SCI期刊论文170余篇,SCI引用9500余次,Google学术引用超过13800次;5篇论文获自动控制领域权威期刊Automatica的Most Cited Article;5篇论文入选中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。研究成果获黑龙江省自然科学一等奖2项(第一完成人)、国家自然科学二等奖1项(第二完成人)。获国家杰出青年科学基金、首批国家优秀青年科学基金、黑龙江省杰出青年科学基金,以及霍英东基金等资助;入选****特聘教授、****科技创新领军人才、国家创新人才推进计划中青年科技领军人才、****青年拔尖人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才;并获中国青年五四奖章、中国侨界贡献奖一等奖等奖励和荣誉。2015-2018年连续当选全球高被引学者(Highly Cited Researcher)。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、自动化学报等十余个期刊编委职务。

▉ Leopoldo G. Franquelo (M'84-SM'96-F'05) was born in Málaga, Spain. He received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Universidad de Sevilla, Seville, Spain, in 1977 and 1980, respectively. His research interests include modulation techniques for multilevel inverters and application to power electronic systems for renewable energy systems. Prof. Franquelo has been an IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Distinguished Lecturer since 2006. He became an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics in 2007, the Co-Editorin-Chief in 2014, and has been its Editor-in-Chief since 2015. He was a Member-at-Large of the IES AdCom (2002-2003), the Vice President for Conferences (2004-2007), and the President Elect of the IES (2008-2009). He was the President of the IES (2010-2011) and is an IES AdCom Life member. He has received a number of Best Paper Awards from IEEE journals. In 2012 and 2015, he was the recipient of the Eugene Mittelmann Award and the Antohny J. Hornfeck Service Award from IES, respectively.

▉ Peng Shi (M'95–SM'98–F'15) received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, the M.E. degree in systems engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Newcastle, Callaghan, N.S.W., Australia, the Ph.D. degree in mathematics from the University of South Australia, Adelaide, SA, Australia, the D.Sc. degree from the University of Glamorgan, Trefforest, Wales, U.K., and the D. Eng degree from the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, Australia. Prof. Shi is currently a Professor with the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, and Victoria University, Footscray, Vic., Australia. He was a Professor with the University of Glamorgan, U.K., a Senior Scientist with the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Australia, a Lecturer and Postdoctororal Researcher with the University of South Australia. His research interests include system and control theory, computational intelligence, and operational research. He has published widely in the aforementioned areas. He was in the editorial board of a number of journals, including Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, Part I: Regular Paper, and IEEE Access. ▊ Jose I. Leon (S'04-M'07-SM'14-F'17) was born in Cadiz, Spain. He received the B.S., M.S., and PhD degrees in telecommunications engineering from Universidad de Sevilla (US), Seville, Spain, in 2001, 2004, and 2006, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, US. His research interests include modulation and control of power converters for high-power applications and renewable energy systems. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics. Dr. Leon was a co-recipient of the 2008 Best Paper Award of IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine, the 2012 Best Paper Award of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, and the 2015 Best Paper Award of IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine. He was the recipient of the 2014 IEEE J. David Irwin Industrial Electronics Society Early Career Award, the 2017 IEEE Bimal K. A Brief Introduction
▉ Ligang Wu is a Full Professor of Control Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, P.R. China. He was born in 1977 in Yihuang, Jiangxi Province, P.R. China. He received the BSc degree in Automation in 2001 from Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, the MSc degree in Navigation Guidance and Control in 2003 and the PhD degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering in 2006, both from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin. From January 2006 to April 2007, he was a Research Associate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. From September 2007 to June 2008, he was a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Mathematics, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He was a Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, London, United Kingdom. In 2008, he joined the Harbin Institute of Technology, P.R. China, as an Associate Professor, and was then promoted to a Full Professor in 2012. Prof. Wu was the winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2015, and received China Young Five Four Medal in 2016. He was named as the Chang Jiang Distinguished Professor in 2017, and was named as a Highly Cited Researcher since 2015.

▉ Prof. Wu's current research interests include analysis and design for complex dynamical systems (stochastic jump systems, singularly perturbed systems, switched systems, multi-dimensional systems), signal processing (digital filter design, signal processing for uncertain systems, optimal filtering), multi-objective control and optimization techniques, intelligent systems and robot technology, machine vision and intelligent detection technology, advanced control techniques for power electronic systems, and flight control. He has published 7 research monographs, 2 book chapters, and over 170 research papers in international referred journals. Prof. Wu currently serves as an Associate Editor (or Editorial Board Member) for a number of journals, including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, Information Sciences, Signal Processing, IET Control Theory and Applications, Circuits Systems and Signal Processing. He is also an Associate Editor for the Conference Editorial Board, IEEE Control Systems Society. He is a member of program committee for some international conferences, and a very active reviewer for many international journals.

I have published 7 research monographs, 2 book chapters, and over 170 journal and 60 conference papers in the areas of systems and control theory, computational and intelligent systems (automation and control systems design, signal processing, fault detection, intelligent and systems science), and industrial applications (aircraft control, power electronics and drives). My published work, as its novelty, creativity and significance, has been internationally recognized, highly regarded and widely referred (received well over 13800 Google Scholar citations with H-index 65, and over 10340 ISI citation with H-index 56). Among his publications, 25 journal papers rank in Top 1% Highly Cited Papers, 24 journal papers rank in Top 0.1% Highly Cited Papers, and 4 journal papers have been included in the HOT Papers, according to the Essential Science Indicators reports. In addition, 5 journal papers were awarded the "Most Cited Article" by Automatica, and 5 journal papers were named as the Most Influential 100 Academic Papers in China Published in International journals.
