林进简介
林进，男，1964年2月出生，河北省辛集市人，中共党员，理学博士，教授。现任河北师范大学化学与材料科学学院化学系副主任、有机化学学科负责人、有机化学教研室主任，有机化学专业硕士生导师。
1988年7月河北师范大学化学系本科毕业，获理学学士学位；1997年7月河北师范大学化学学院有机化学专业硕士研究生毕业，获理学硕士学位；2005年12月南开大学化学学院有机化学专业博士研究生毕业，获理学博士学位。现主讲课程：本科生《有机化学》、《有机化学实验》和选修课《现代分离方法与技术》。多年来一直从事金属有机化学方面的研究工作，至今已在国内外期刊上发表学术论文120多篇。已参加并完成国家自然科学基金课题两项；主持、参加并完成河北省自然科学基金三项、省教育厅课题一项。目前在研项目：国家自然科学基金(**)、河北省自然科学基金项目(B**)和河北师范大学校内重点基金(L2012Z02)。与中国科学院生态环境研究中心、中国环境科学研究院已建立了良好的合作关系，并共同培养环境化学方面的硕士研究生。

研究方向：金属有机化合物的合成、结构及催化；有机合成。
