吴涛,1980年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,现任理学院物理教研室副主任、党支部书记。
1998--2005年在湖北大学获学士、硕士学位。2008-2012年在华中科技大学光电实验室获光学工程博士学位。
2005年进入武汉工程大学理学院从事物理学科研究和教学工作。
2014-2015年获国家留学基金委资助在爱尔兰都柏林大学物理学院光谱物理实验室进行合作研究,从事超极紫外光刻光源及水窗成像光源的研究。
2013年7月晋升副教授。
2012年10月被列入武汉工程大学第二批中青年骨干教师培养计划,湖北省仪器仪表协会理事。
目前主要主讲本科生课程:《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》,研究生课程《光谱学》等。
主要研究方向:1)激光等离子体极紫外光刻光源;2)超极紫外水窗成像;3)原子与分子物理学。
2008年以来承担或参加国家、省部级等科研项目5项,发表科研论文30余篇,其中被SCI、EI、ISTP 检索20余篇,发表教学研究论文4篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、湖北省教育厅项目2项等,合作出版著作和教材2本。先后获得 “科技工作先进个人”、 “工会积极分子”等荣誉称号。
